Metropolitan Washington, DC — Addis Communications, a full-service strategic communications agency, has won three awards for its work on behalf of national science clients.
The agency was honored with two gold awards from Hermes, one for its white paper, “Promote or Perish: Sharing Your Research to Advance Your Science and Your Career” on behalf of AIP Publishing, the other for an annual report, Excellence Matters, on behalf of the American Institute of Physics. Hermes is an international competition administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of marketing and communications programs and print, visual and audio materials.
Addis Communications also won an Award of Distinction from The Communicator Awards for the same white paper. The Communicators Awards — the largest, most competitive program honoring creative excellence in marketing and communications — received more than 6,000 entries from around the world this year.
The agency also received honorable mentions for the design of its website and for a series of infographics produced on behalf of AIP Publishing.
Since its founding in 2018, Addis Communications has received a total of seven awards for its writing and design work.
